I’ll forgive you for breaking the window.

This is a brief summary of my filming and photography work.

I’ve recently trained to teach mindfulness, meditation and fitness. So a lot is changing.

Who I am:

I’m Ian - a Storyteller (sometimes filmmaker, photographer, drone operator, director, writer, editor). I’m now also a mindfulness and fitness teacher. Here is what I believe in:

What I am:

  1. Creative and technical

  2. Passionate about mental and physical wellness

  3. A believer in the superpowers of imagination and calm

  4. Passionate about the human stories behind any event, product, or business

  5. Against the companies that say they are “The best in London at filming XYZ”. They’re probably not - and I know because I’ve worked with a lot of them.

  6. Someone who connects people to companies and freelancers - If I can’t meet your brief, I want to introduce you to those who can. In the sense of mindfulness, I’m not a monk who has been up a mountain for the past 20 years. We are all different and we all bring something to the table.

  7. Mindful. Mindfulness, mental health, growth, are at the heart of what I do.

What I’d like this to be:

  1. The coolest place for mindfulness and imagination, for kids and adults.

  2. Combining tech and nature - using technology for mindfulness and inspiration, embracing it as a natural part of our evolution.

  3. Full of mindful quests and adventures, for niche audiences - for example using popular culture, collaborations, genres like science fiction, gaming (video or models).

  4. Combining storytelling and mindfulness - writing beautiful and creative, bespoke meditations.

  5. Combining all of my skills - technical, creative, spiritual - into one business full of inspiration and hope.
