“Flying a drone is the closest I get to being Iron Man. ”
I’m a qualified CAA approved drone operator, having completed my training with Heliguy. I work either on my own or in a two person team. I have an Inspire 2 drone and a Mavic Pro as a backup/scout drone.
We filmed in Glencoe for the short film ‘Eddie’. In the video above you can see some of the drone shots in the film’s trailer. The drone was well suited to get unique shots of this location, showing the scale of the mountains and space around this house.

This was shot on a Mavic, which is a great travel drone. I love the colours and composition of the final shot in this video. If I’ve made you want to sail away into the sunshine and relax for a bit, then great :)
